Important Grammar Note!
'Plural' means more than one of something.
E.g: 'Les maisons' = 'The houses'
In general, if you want to make something plural, you add an -s to the end of the noun and adjective.
E.g:
'Les grands poissons' = 'The big fish' (Plural)
'Les petits lapins' = 'The small rabbits'
'Les canards bruns' = 'The brown ducks'
However, if the word already ends in 's' or 'x', you don't need to add another 's' or 'x' in the plural.
E.g:
Le prix =The price/prize
Les prix = The prices/prizes
La voix = The voice
Les voix = The voices
Animal, bird and horse are irregular words in the plural.
'Un animal' = 'An animal'
'Les animaux' = 'The animals'
'Un oiseau' = 'A bird'
'Les oiseaux' = 'The birds'
'Un cheval' = 'A horse'
'Les chevaux' = 'The horses'
